This is old stuff to many people. But the more I see this video of Jon Stewart destroying Chris Matthews, the more I enjoy it. I have seen Hardball a few time over the last year and a half, not because I like his show or agree with him but the other news channels are just as trampy as MSNBC. CNN has seriously credibility problems when it comes to their political news. Remember how Jon Stewart single handedly destroyed CNN's crossfire show? At the end of the show one was left with the thought 'Enough of CNN already!!, Just get over your pathetic lies and spins'!!. At the other end in an abyss is the loudest of all, Fox news. If you consider O'Reilly and fox as "news" providers, then good luck with that. I sometimes watch the Factor because it is funny. You should think of it as serious parody to enjoy it.
Now back to Jon Stewart destroying Chris Matthew over his book which he calls "A recipe for sadness". Jon Stewart does to Chris Matthews what he does to his guests on Hardball, 'Dont let them complete what they started'. When Jon gives Chris a taste of his own medicine it is hilarious. Jon Stewart is the best fake news guy out there but he so much more smarter than the real ones.
Enjoy the video here!
What was Chris Matthews thinking when he wrote the book? Jon summarized it superbly..
"It strikes me as fundamentally wrong, It is a self hurt book, if you will!"
Simply brilliant!
